The Seasonal Visual Merchandiser is a creative professional responsible for presenting current fashion trends through compelling in store displays and window presentations. This role partners with department managers to establish and maintain visual standards and supports merchandising and signage execution. The position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet store and department needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to teach and uphold visual standards
• Support merchandising, signage, and implementation of visual direction for the store
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support successful execution of the in store lighting program
• Customize displays as appropriate to the store while maintaining brand standards
• Use ladders and tools to assemble and install visual elements

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills for building and assembling visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders, drills, box knives, and other tools
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
