- Consult with customers to discover their needs and exceed expectations.
- Create opportunities for customers to experience multiple ZEGNA brands and products.
- Promote ZEGNA Made-to-Measure service where appropriate.
- Utilize technology to offer a complete luxury experience.
- Leverage ZEGNA Stories to enhance the selling ceremony.
- Collate customer data in accordance with ZEGNA CRM procedures.
- Cultivate future customer connections through CRM after-sales activities.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, adhering to ZEGNA policies.
- Drive and perform onsite audits of store inventories.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of ZEGNA products and craftsmanship.
- Communicate customer and store information within the team.
- Support the orientation of new staff as a learning coach if assigned.
- Measure performance using ZEGNA customer service and sales KPIs.
- Adhere to ZEGNA store operations and attendance policies.
Requirements- Passionate, curious, and open-minded with a desire to grow and learn.
- Strong ability to self-learn and invest in personal development.
- Excel at creating meaningful, memorable experiences for customers.
- Highly proficient with digital technology and comfortable with various platforms.
- Familiarity with Apple products is a strong plus.
