Summary
Provide world-class customer service as the voice of the company in a fully remote contact center role, handling incoming phone contacts to troubleshoot issues, process orders, and support customers during peak events and everyday operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone contacts and act as a brand ambassador
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries
- Process orders and enter data into the order entry system
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Track customer packages and update order status
- Participate in required training and adhere to scheduled shifts
- Maintain a quiet, distraction free home workspace and use required equipment
Requirements
- Six months customer service experience in contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage preferred
- Ability to meet work from home guidelines and location restrictions in Oregon
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including nights weekends and holidays and required overtime
- Wired high speed internet with modem or router and ethernet port required
- Ability to work at a desk wearing a headset and use a computer for entire shift
