Customer Experience Associate Hospitality - Corte Madera

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury customer service and hospitality support for RH customers, leveraging fluency in French to assist clients and promote RH Interior Design services. Serve as a polished representative of the brand, collaborating with cross functional teams to remove obstacles and deliver first class experiences both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to identify needs and connect them with appropriate associates
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
• Collaborate with leaders and partner teams to resolve customer issues
• Qualify and educate potential design customers on RH Interior Design services
• Build brand loyalty and support revenue through product knowledge
• Innovate and maintain relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Support flexible scheduling including evenings weekends and holidays

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Fluency in French written and verbal
• Poise and confidence interacting with high end customers while maintaining confidentiality
• Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office Salesforce and Google Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be productive working remotely and adapt to flexible schedules
