Deliver exceptional luxury customer service by supporting clients, removing obstacles, and creating a polished experience in a hospitality focused customer experience role. Partner with cross functional teams and leaders to meet and exceed customer needs while representing the brand with professionalism and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and provide tailored support
• Collaborate with associates and cross functional partners to resolve issues
• Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
• Build brand loyalty and drive revenue through product and process knowledge
• Innovate and maintain relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Provide analytical problem solving and decision making to remove customer obstacles
• Support flexible scheduling including evenings weekends and holidays

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience luxury retail preferred
• Poise and confidence interacting with high end customers while maintaining confidentiality
• Strong relationship driven mindset and commitment to first class service
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office Salesforce and Google Applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
• Analytical problem solving and decision making abilities
