Customer Experience Associate, Hospitality, French Speaking

Summary

Provide exceptional, luxury-focused customer service as a French-speaking Customer Experience Associate supporting RH hospitality clients. Deliver polished, solution-oriented support to identify customer needs, remove obstacles, and connect clients with the right internal partners and design services. Represent the RH brand through professional communication and a passion for design and high-end home furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand with polished communication, appearance, and professionalism
• Engage with customers to identify needs and connect them with appropriate associates and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leaders to resolve customer issues and exceed expectations
• Support RH Interior Design by qualifying and educating potential design customers on offered services
• Build brand loyalty and revenue by being knowledgeable about RH products, processes, and systems
• Innovate with an entrepreneurial spirit to maintain and grow customer relationships

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience; luxury retail or high-end furniture preferred
• Fluency in French and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Poise and confidentiality when interacting with high-end customers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, strategic, results-oriented, and attentive to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google applications
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel to the nearest gallery as needed
