Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance, and professionalism
• Engage with customers to identify needs and partner them with the best associates to exceed expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leaders to ensure customer needs are met
• Build loyalty and revenue by being well-versed in product offerings, processes, and systems
• Innovate with an entrepreneurial spirit and maintain strong customer relationships
• Qualify and educate potential design customers on interior design services

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience; high-end luxury retail preferred
• Poise, confidence, and ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• People- and relationship-driven with a commitment to first-class service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Strategic, highly organized, results-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Applications
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
