Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Nordstrom Local Fillmore, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting various in-store activities. You will engage with customers, assist with merchandise processing, and contribute to the success of store events.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers by effectively storytelling and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Understand and connect customers to services such as Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, and Gift Wrapping.
  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, providing feedback on trends, fit, and style.
  • Support back of house processes, including inventory management and maintaining organization and cleanliness.
  • Assist in event execution, including managing RSVPs and greeting guests.
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom maintenance.
Requirements
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to benefit customers and resolve issues.
  • Adaptability to new initiatives, concepts, and services within the store.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry between 1-25 lbs and occasionally 25-50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of technology tools and computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Booking Bug, and Excel.
