Job Description

Summary

Join the Louis Vuitton Union Square team as a Seasonal Concierge/Client Advisor, where you will play a key role in enhancing the client experience. This hybrid position involves both client advisory and concierge hosting responsibilities, ensuring that every client is treated with the utmost courtesy and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
  • Master brand and product knowledge to advise clients across all categories.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients, directing them to appropriate departments.
  • Serve as the first point of contact within the store, setting the tone for the client's experience.
  • Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store team to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to achieve goals and support business strategy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Passion for luxury retail and client service.
