Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Use and demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolution
- Ensure security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance
- Motivate customers to adopt the rewards program and other initiatives
- Inspire trust teamwork and positive team relationships
- Work a flexible schedule with hours that vary weekly based on business needs
- Perform continuous movement and manual tasks to handle merchandise and assist customers
Requirements
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
- Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Physical ability to perform continuous movement and lift items up to 25 pounds
