Deliver exceptional, luxury customer service by removing obstacles, providing support, and creating a polished experience for RH customers. Partner with associates and cross-functional teams to identify needs, educate clients about RH offerings and design services, and build brand loyalty and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism
- Engage customers to identify needs and connect them with appropriate associates
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leaders to ensure customer needs are met
- Educate potential design customers on RH Interior Design services
- Build brand loyalty and drive revenue through product and service knowledge
- Innovate and maintain relationships with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering first-class service
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience; luxury retail or high-end furniture preferred
- Poise and confidence interacting with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong relationship, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organized, strategic and results-oriented with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Applications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
