Summary
Deliver exceptional, luxury customer service for RH customers by removing obstacles, providing support, and creating a polished experience. Act as a brand ambassador who partners with associates and cross-functional teams to qualify customers for design services and drive loyalty and revenue. Maintain professionalism, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial approach to customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Represent the RH brand through polished communication and professional appearance
- Engage customers to identify needs and connect them with appropriate associates
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leaders to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Build brand loyalty and drive revenue by being knowledgeable about product offerings and processes
- Qualify and educate potential design customers on RH Interior Design services
- Innovate and maintain relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Provide exceptional service and remove obstacles for customers
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience; luxury retail or high-end furniture preferred
- Poise and confidence interacting with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong relationship and people skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strategic, highly organized and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google applications
- Ability to travel to the nearest gallery as needed
