Job Description
Summary
The Customer Relationship Coordinator leads and executes store customer relationship initiatives and programs, partnering with store leadership and sellers to drive appointments and sales results. This role focuses on outreach programs, booking customer appointments, and ensuring personalized experiences for high value customers while working in store five days a week including Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Execute Get Connected program, Megalist outreach, and other outreach lists
- Perform email and phone outreach to drive appointments and sales
- Book customer appointments through BLVD requests and list contact
- Partner with Store Managers to implement customer initiatives in store
- Support Department Managers and sellers by coordinating appointments during events and non event times
- Make decisions on procedures to deliver personalized customer experiences
- Track and pursue appointment goals and sales results from outreach lists
- Work in store five days a week including Saturday
Requirements
- Customer facing experience with selling and building repeat business
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and drive execution of deliverables
- Strong organization and follow through skills
- Capable of persuading customers to book appointments by phone
- Expertise in Excel, Outlook, BLVD, DYB and Tableau reporting
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
