Responsibilities- Plan day-to-day and annual workflow, establishing priorities and objectives.
- Manage order entry for initial orders and reorders, ensuring timely shipping of products each season.
- Maintain customer relationships by preparing, proofing, and updating all orders with PO numbers, ship dates, and cancellations.
- Reconcile order books for each account, updating quantities and ship windows, and managing cancellations or delays.
- Handle bounced boxes, creating and maintaining RAs and Exceeding Unit Log, and determining reshipment or credit issuance.
- Communicate with buyers/owners on customer issues and support sales team efforts by preparing shipping reports and discussing delays.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external business partners.
- Partner with Finance team to address credit issues and chargebacks.
Requirements- 4-year degree and/or equivalent combination of work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables.
- 2+ years of experience working with major department or specialty stores.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with internal teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Stealth/AS400/Oracle.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Retail Pro.
- Experience working with EDI transmissions.
- Familiarity with QRS and Inovis catalog.
