Customer Service Concierge

Summary

The Customer Service Concierge delivers service excellence in a luxury retail environment by welcoming clients, discovering visit purpose, guiding client journeys, and performing limited administrative and transactional duties. The role supports in-store client experiences and reports to a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and discover the purpose of their visit
• Guide clients through their in-store journey and enhance customer experience
• Assist with returns, curbside pickup, and buy online pick up in store
• Handle change requests and cash pickup transactions
• Manage escalated customer issues and partner with in-store leadership
• Partner with Client Advisors and coordinate appointments
• Promote in-store activations, events, services, and loyalty benefits
• Use retail and mobile technologies to support client needs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industries
• Ability to effectively promote products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
