Summary
Support the customer service team by managing wholesale, retail, and e-commerce account administration, order and EDI management, shipping coordination, finance support, and after sales inquiries. Act as primary contact for multiple accounts and liaise with sales, buyers, and Italian headquarters to ensure timely resolution and accurate record keeping. Maintain and analyze business and shipping reports while training temporary staff and ensuring EDI compliance.
