Summary

Seasonal part-time role delivering exceptional guest service across front- and select back-of-house areas. Support the sales team and guests by assisting in the Call Center, Guest Kitchen, Sales Floor, Concierge and administrative functions to create a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in guest service areas including Call Center, Guest Kitchen, Sales Floor, Concierge and Administration.
• Greet and assist clients, offer refreshments, guide guests to departments or sales professionals and support product requests.
• Locate products, complete transfers and charge sends; partner with operations on deliveries and receipts.
• Prepare store for opening and closing, maintain sales floor and fitting room organization, and stock cash wraps.
• Process sales transactions and follow return, markdown, tax and packaging policies; handle phone inquiries and direct calls.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of related customer experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Passion for the product and professional presentation and etiquette.
