Guest Service Coordinator

Summary

The Guest Service Coordinator provides a memorable customer shopping experience by delivering high-touch service and supporting the sales team and back-of-house partners. This part-time role rotates through guest service areas including the call center, guest kitchen, sales floor, concierge and administrative tasks. The coordinator ensures the store is welcoming, organized and responsive to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in call center, guest kitchen, sales floor, concierge and administrative areas as needed
• Greet guests, offer hospitality and guide them to appropriate departments or sales professionals
• Locate products, complete transfers and charge sends from other stores and coordinate with operations on deliveries
• Prepare store opening and closing tasks, stock cash wraps and maintain clean front and back of house areas
• Process sales transactions and follow return, markdown, tax, security and packaging policies
• Prepare food and beverages to client specifications in the Guest Kitchen and support floor departments as needed
• Maintain organized sales floor and fitting rooms and direct phone inquiries appropriately

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related customer experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Detail oriented, customer service focused and highly organized
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
