Job Description

Summary

Support the customer service team by managing wholesale, retail, and e-commerce account administration, order and EDI management, shipping coordination, finance support, and after sales inquiries. Act as primary contact for multiple accounts and liaise with sales, buyers, and Italian headquarters to ensure timely resolution and accurate record keeping. Maintain and analyze business and shipping reports while training temporary staff and ensuring EDI compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for Wholesale, Corporate Retail and E Commerce accounts
  • Enter and transmit orders for all brand sales lines and manage order flows
  • Manage EDI catalog, match EDI orders and maintain EDI compliance records
  • Analyze daily inbounds, release shipments and monitor stock levels
  • Run analyze and distribute shipping and business reports
  • Process customer invoicing and coordinate with accounts receivable
  • Support research and reversal of chargebacks
  • Administer the 1 800 line for repairs and inquiries through resolution
  • Train and supervise temporary staff and work under deadlines

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • EDI knowledge and experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Problem solving oriented and able to multitask in a high paced environment
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends during busy seasons
