Customer Service Logistics Administrator

As a Customer Service Logistics Administrator at Richemont in Fort Worth, Texas, you will play a crucial role in managing daily incoming and outgoing shipments. You will ensure error-free shipping to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention, while supporting all policies and procedures.

• Process spare parts and stock reception, packing, and unpacking local and international shipments.
• Receive and open parcels from carriers following strict security guidelines.
• Pack parcels with product and corresponding packaging according to security guidelines.
• Pack hazmat shipments in accordance with FAA guidelines.
• Ensure correct shipping label and documentation completion.
• Fill out BOL and Airway bills for shipments.
• Manage the Receiving/Unpacking/Shipping Mailbox and respond to inquiries.
• Order packaging and supplies for the department.
• Deliver incoming items to internal staging areas.

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a production-based environment preferred.
• Previous SAP experience preferred.
• Proactive with decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to handle and operate box cutters, tape machines, and air film machines.
