Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at our Client Service Center in Irving, Texas, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service by understanding and responding to each client’s unique needs. You will provide personalized assistance and advice with professionalism and attention to detail via phone, email, and digital channels, while meeting and exceeding key performance indicators, including sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to client satisfaction, service quality, and client retention, focusing on sales.
  • Provide exceptional inbound client service via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Take ownership of client concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to efficiently solve issues, ensure client retention, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Ensure accurate information and follow-up are entered into the system and relevant databases, updating records as needed.
  • Handle client complaints and challenging situations professionally, ensuring effective resolution while upholding Louis Vuitton's high service standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or Spanish are a plus.
  • Proven sales and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results according to agreed schedules.
  • Strong punctuality and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Background in luxury retail is a plus.
  • Interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse work environment.
