Summary

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with transactions, resolving issues, and supporting store technology and initiatives. Maintain a customer obsessed approach while promoting programs such as Nordstrom Rewards and supporting team collaboration. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions and provide a friendly seamless experience
• Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and multiple operating systems
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliant practices
• Promote company initiatives such as the rewards program
• Inspire trust teamwork and positive relationships with peers and leadership
• Handle merchandise including lifting bending reaching and other physical tasks
• Work a flexible variable schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
• Proficiency in MS Windows iOS and Android
