Customer Service Representative - Easton Town Center

Summary

Provide friendly, solutions-focused service to customers in a Nordstrom store. Support returns, exchanges, order pickup, transactions, and customer inquiries while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and manage interactions from start to finish, including returns, exchanges, orders, and pickup inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Process transactions and ticketing accurately using POS and store systems.
• Build relationships with teammates, contribute to a positive team environment, and train new employees on POS and register procedures.
• Protect customer information and promote loyalty programs, tools, software, and services.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to train others, prioritize multiple tasks, and demonstrate ownership and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
