Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing professional services to our internal and external clients by responding to their telephone inquiries, processing client orders, and ensuring that all data is entered accurately.

• Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Perform computer entry for orders received from various sources.
• Provide technical information about products and answer questions regarding electronic ordering systems.
• Communicate with customers about order changes, delays, and promotions.
• Manage daily service level reports.

• High school diploma.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Gmail software.
• Ability to multitask and interact with various departments.
• Experience in optics is an asset.
• Fluent in English.
