Customer Service Representative - Ross Park

Summary

Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a store environment by assisting with transactions, resolving customer issues, and using store technologies while maintaining privacy and security of customer information. Work a variable schedule based on business needs and support departmental initiatives such as the rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions and provide a seamless experience
• Demonstrate expertise in technologies used in the store environment
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
• Motivate and inspire team adoption of initiatives such as the rewards program
• Build positive team relationships and support teamwork
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching and handling merchandise
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs

Requirements

• Ability to build relationships with customers, peers and leadership
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
