Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Dolce & Gabbana's NY Corporate office, you will oversee account administration, order management, and finance support, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. You will liaise between sales teams, buyers, and Italian HQ, maintaining records and analyzing business reports.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for several accounts, including Wholesale, Corporate Retail, and Ecommerce.
  • Liaise between sales team, buyers, and counterparts at Italian HQ.
  • Ensure timely follow-through and problem-solving.
  • Maintain record-keeping and update business reports.
  • Enter and transmit orders for all brand sales lines.
  • Train and supervise temporary staff.
  • Manage EDI Catalog and ensure compliance with customer approvals.
  • Analyze daily inbounds and release shipments proactively.
  • Process customer invoicing and coordinate shipping with payments.
  • Support research and reversal of chargebacks.
  • Process spare parts, including repairs and inquiries.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel and Analytical skills, including pivot and VLOOKUP.
  • EDI knowledge and experience required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Efficient communication and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-paced work environment.
  • Comfortable working extended hours and weekends during busy seasons.
