Summary
The Cybersecurity Manager leads cyber defense and security functions across the Fashion Group Americas, collaborating with regional and global CISOs to ensure cohesive security strategy, compliance, and incident response across stores, warehouses, offices, and third-party sites.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and remediate IT asset compliance for devices and servers to meet Group security standards.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits and ensure regulatory compliance such as CCPA CPRA and PCI DSS.
- Review security alerts and lead development and execution of remediation plans with infrastructure and application teams.
- Collaborate with cloud teams and vendors to ensure consistent patching across servers.
- Lead security assessments and vendor risk assessments to enforce security by design.
- Define strategic security plans to evolve security design, processes, and technologies.
- Investigate incidents with security vendors and remediate threats in partnership with IT owners and crisis teams.
- Communicate security guidance and deliver training to regional employees and IT teams.
- Provide regular reports on cybersecurity preparedness and remediation status to leadership.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity (5-10 years preferred).
- Proven experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science cybersecurity or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Industry security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are an advantage.
- Expertise in payment processing and PCI DSS compliance.
- Experience with cloud security technologies and authentication protocols such as OKTA and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with security solutions including log analysis antivirus IPS IAM DLP MFA and SSO.
- Knowledge of network administration technologies including firewalls DNS routing TCP IP VLANs and VPNs.
