Information Security Engineering Manager

Summary

Lead and manage the information security engineering team to design, implement, and maintain security controls and technologies across the organization. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure systems and drive security initiatives while supporting hybrid work arrangements. Oversee projects from planning through deployment and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant information security or engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing technical security teams.
• Strong knowledge of security architectures, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises security technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across functions.
