Summary
The Cybersecurity Manager leads cyber defense and security functions across the Fashion Group in the Americas, collaborating with regional and global security leaders to ensure compliance and protect infrastructure. This role drives security assessments, incident response, and strategic security planning while working with cross functional teams and vendors. The position supports retail, warehouse, call center, and office environments and reports to the Regional CIO.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and remediate IT asset compliance for devices and servers to meet Group security standards
- Conduct end to end security audits and verify adherence to policies and applicable regulations
- Ensure compliance with data regulatory and industry standards such as CCPA CPRA and PCI DSS
- Review security scan alerts and lead development and execution of remediation plans with infrastructure and application teams
- Collaborate with cloud teams and vendors to maintain required patching levels across servers
- Lead security assessments and perform risk assessments for projects and third party vendors
- Define and propose long term security strategy and improvements to design processes and technologies
- Investigate incidents with security vendors and take immediate remediation actions as needed
- Provide regular reports on cybersecurity preparedness and remediation status to leadership
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role
- Experience with payment processing and PCI DSS compliance
- Knowledge of cloud security technologies and providers such as Azure and GCP
- Hands on experience with security tools such as Splunk, Sentinel One, IPS, DLP, MFA and SSO
- Familiarity with authentication systems like Okta and Active Directory
- Understanding of network administration including firewalls, DNS, routing, TCP IP, VLANs and VPNs
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science cybersecurity or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are an advantage
