Summary
The Senior Technical Delivery Manager, CRM Technology & Client Data leads technical delivery for Salesforce Data 360 and the CRM ecosystem, translating architecture into detailed designs and actionable work for engineering teams. This hands-on technical program manager drives implementation, validates new platform features, and manages vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the CRM roadmap. The role is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of three days on-site.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level CRM architecture into technical designs, data flows, and user stories for development teams
- Serve as technical design authority for Salesforce Data Cloud components and identity resolution logic
- Ensure development adheres to enterprise standards, patterns, and best practices
- Lead the Agile delivery team, manage sprint planning, and remove technical roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct proofs-of-concept and validate new Salesforce Data Cloud features against architecture
- Manage vendors and coordinate with PM/BA, testers, and internal/external technology teams
- Implement engineering best practices including environment, release, CI/CD, and deployment methodologies
- Drive quality through code reviews, automated testing, and QA practices; act as escalation point for complex technical issues
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of CRM/CDP/Data 360 experience with Salesforce expertise (Marketing Cloud, Data 360/CDP, Salesforce Core)
- Proven hands-on technical leader with experience in data models, integration patterns, and platform capabilities
- Strong knowledge of CRM development, consumer databases, data quality, and master data management principles
- Experience enforcing release management, code versioning, and deployment best practices
- Preferred: Salesforce Data 360/CDP Cloud Consultant experience and relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Data 360 Consultant)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to work hybrid in Midtown Manhattan (minimum 3 days onsite)
