Summary
The Cybersecurity Manager leads cyber defense and security functions across the Fashion Group in the Americas, partnering with regional and global security leaders to maintain compliance and protect infrastructure. This role oversees audits, threat detection, incident response, and security strategy across offices, stores, warehouses, and third party environments. The manager drives security by design for projects and vendors while coordinating with IT and business leaders to reduce risk.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and remediate IT asset compliance across devices and servers to meet Group security standards.
- Conduct end to end security audits and verify adherence to policies and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with data regulatory and industry standards such as CCPA CPRA and PCI DSS.
- Lead prevention efforts by reviewing security scan alerts and coordinating remediation with infrastructure and application teams.
- Collaborate with cloud teams and vendors to maintain required patching levels across servers.
- Perform risk assessments for new projects and third party vendors and promote security by design.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to investigate and remediate security incidents and emerging threats.
- Provide regular reports to CIO CISOs and security operations on preparedness and remediation status.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role.
- Proven experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science cybersecurity or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Industry security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are an advantage.
- Expertise in payment processing and PCI DSS compliance.
- Experience with cloud security technologies and authentication protocols such as OKTA and Active Directory.
- Hands on experience with log analysis antivirus IPS DLP MFA and SSO technologies.
