Job Description

Summary

The Data Analyst 3 supports inventory operations by building reliable analytics, dashboards, and data tools for merchandising, inbound flow, replenishment, and supplier compliance teams. The role modernizes reporting and data platforms while using automation and AI-assisted tools to improve analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Looker dashboards, self-service tools, data models, and BigQuery queries.
  • Develop and monitor Python and Airflow pipelines, ensuring data is accurate, validated, and current.
  • Transition legacy reporting and data sources to modern platforms while preserving reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze inventory, inbound, replenishment, and supplier trends and present findings to business partners and leadership.
  • Partner with business, data engineering, insights, and technology teams; document standards and share analytics practices.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive workflows.

Requirements

  • Degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, analytics, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of data analytics experience, including independent delivery of business-critical analytics.
  • Advanced SQL and hands-on BigQuery experience, with knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience building Python data pipelines and automation, with hands-on Airflow scheduling and orchestration.
  • Proficiency with a visualization tool such as Looker and operational dashboarding best practices.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; retail or consumer goods supply chain experience is preferred.
