Job Description

Summary

The Department Coordinator supports the Assistant Boutique Director in daily operations of the leather goods department, maintaining high client service standards. This role manages client records, inventory accuracy, and coordinates internal communication and client-facing activities. The Coordinator also assists with events, product launches, and visual standards to ensure a seamless boutique experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive client records and reports.
  • Facilitate communication between management and client advisors and manage incoming/outgoing requests.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling trunk shows, events, and client experiences.
  • Oversee loans, transfers, cycle counts, and maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
  • Manage reservations, Client Go bags, CSR tasks, and support launch preparation with look books and product photos.
  • Maintain salon image and VM guidelines, uphold 5S stockroom standards, and perform client deliveries when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and think creatively to solve problems.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, late nights, and weekends as needed.
