Job Description

Summary

As a Department Manager at Miu Miu 57th St, you will be a key Brand Ambassador responsible for achieving both qualitative and quantitative objectives for your assigned product category department. You will manage and motivate your team to achieve sales targets while ensuring an extraordinary client service experience on the sales floor.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
  • Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
  • Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and stay updated on market trends.
  • Foster ecommerce channel development and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
  • Identify high potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing within the team.
  • Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
  • Ensure visual presentation and efficient back-of-house organization.
Requirements
  • Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
  • Business driven with a strong customer service approach.
  • Ability to lead and influence peers.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
  • English proficiency required; other languages a plus.
  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
