Summary
Design Director responsible for leading the design vision for brand identity and campaign systems across print, digital, film, social, Out of Home, experiential, and packaging. Drive creative development of global campaigns, translate business priorities into design concepts, and manage a multidisciplinary design team while ensuring on time and on budget delivery to the highest creative standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead design vision for brand identity and campaign systems ensuring consistency across channels
- Direct creative development of global campaigns reflecting heritage and forward thinking design
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary design team including graphic and motion designers
- Partner with studio and production teams for flawless execution of global assets
- Develop campaign toolkits visual guidelines and scalable systems for markets worldwide
- Translate strategic business priorities into persuasive design concepts
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to integrate design into every campaign touchpoint
- Champion storytelling through design from archival inspirations to contemporary relevance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and with meticulous attention to craft
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of design leadership experience in advertising and luxury brands
- Background in advertising and industry leading luxury brands with proven campaign work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects or Premiere a plus
- Strong presentation skills in Google Slides Keynote and PowerPoint
- Exceptional eye for typography and layout
- Ability to balance creativity with business priorities and long term vision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to sell ideas internally
