Job Description

Summary

As a Designated Selling Associate at Broadway Plaza, you will be passionate about fashion and excel in a dynamic sales environment. You will drive sales volume for Nordstrom while representing the SKIMS brand, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using various tools.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
  • Educate peers on brand trends and product knowledge.
  • Conduct product knowledge meetings and provide feedback to improve store assortment.
  • Engage in appointment-based selling and maintain department readiness.
  • Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a competitive team environment.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on business needs.
  • Confidence in handling high/low price points and showcasing item value.
  • Strong understanding of customer wardrobe needs and style.
