Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide confident guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge, educate peers, and share feedback on merchandise.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, merchandising, transfers, markdowns, and cleaning.
• Support digital selling and grow sales through Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
