Summary

The Designated Selling Associate drives sales while representing a designated brand and providing personalized customer service. This role builds customer relationships, shares product and fashion knowledge, and supports merchandising and department readiness.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and offer confident guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Educate customers and colleagues on brand trends and product knowledge.
• Support merchandising, stocking, displays, markdowns, transfers, and department upkeep.
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and monitoring sales performance.
