As a Designated Selling Associate in Downtown Seattle, you will be a key player in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will represent the Nordstrom brand, building relationships with customers and educating peers on brand trends and product knowledge.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise and conduct product knowledge meetings.
• Drive business through appointment-based selling and grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Maintain department readiness through stocking, re-merchandising, and cleaning.
