Client Advisor/Stylist

As a Client Advisor/Stylist at Nordstrom Seattle, you will play a vital role in driving sales by providing an exceptional and genuine experience to each client. You will be responsible for mastering the client journey, building strong relationships, and delivering the impeccable Valentino Couture Service.

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long-term client relationships.
• Engage proactively with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably in every phase.
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools.
• Capture client data and maintain qualitative information.
• Achieve sales, KPIs, and CRM targets consistently.
• Guide clients across all brand categories and curate looks.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, trends, and special events.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, including returns and repairs.
• Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the floor.
• Partner with the team to ensure seamless store operations.
• Use POS system for client transactions and operational tasks.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and MS Office Programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Action-oriented and a problem-solver.
