Summary
The Designated Selling Associate focuses on one-on-one customer service to drive sales and represent the brand. This role cultivates customer relationships, educates peers and customers on product knowledge and trends, and supports both in-store and digital selling efforts including appointments and social selling.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations to customers
- Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
- Conduct and participate in product knowledge trainings and meetings
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising and displays
- Drive appointment-based selling during events and regular timeframes
- Open new customer reward program accounts to grow sales
- Provide product feedback to the department manager

- Familiarity reading sales reporting and using it to meet goals
