Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build customer relationships and provide confident guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Share brand and product knowledge with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain the department through stocking, merchandising, display updates, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
