Designer, Polo Men's Wovens & Swim 3D

Summary

The Designer for Polo Men's Wovens & Swim will support the Woven & Swim design department by executing calendar-driven tasks and project work to deliver seasonal collections. This role partners with cross-functional teams to create and update tech packs, manage fittings, and ensure design details are executed to brand standards. The position operates in a hybrid workspace and requires strong organization and an eye for quality and aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist team in meeting design calendar deadlines and milestones.
• Create, input, and update tech packs and track design changes.
• Prepare materials and presentations for design meetings and transport samples.
• Participate in weekly WIP meetings and development fittings; review proto and stock fit samples.
• Maintain and archive design workspaces, binders, seasonal boards, and sample libraries.
• Support trim development, graphics/prints, and headwear ownership within budget.
• Create CADs, 3D patterns, and update PLM with materials and sketch details.
• Collaborate with Technical Design, Fabric, PD, Production, Merchandising, Graphics, and Concept teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design preferred.
• Experience in apparel design; outerwear experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM, Excel, AirTable and related tools.
• Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to learn new programs (e.g., Vibe, Midjourney) and work with a sense of urgency.
• Passion for the brand/category and attention to detail for quality execution.
