Job Description

Summary

As a Designer, Store Interiors, you will manage and assist the store design process from concept to opening, ensuring the brand image is maintained across local and international markets. You will collaborate with the Store Interiors Management team to define furniture, fabrics, lighting, and materials, while managing project finish schedules, specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and present initial concept designs and collaborate with Project Architects on store layouts.
  • Maintain communication with international distributors and cross-functional departments.
  • Research interior trends in retail and residential fields.
  • Manage specifications and production of domestic and international finishes.
  • Review shop drawings for design compliance and sample submittals.
  • Create presentations for senior management.
  • Draw custom furniture and design elements in Autocad.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Initiate market research for vendors and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Create a collaborative culture among designers and align goals with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury high-end interiors.
  • Proficient in Autocad and 2D/3D software skills.
  • Experience in luxury high-end interiors residential or retail.
  • Knowledge of units and measure for site-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel as required.
