SummaryAs a Development Leader in Design Integration at RH Contract, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating our business of design approach to support mid-scale design projects. This customer-facing role involves leading pre- and post-sale efforts, ensuring project success from concept to completion.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a library of materials to support the Leadership Team in presenting our unique design approach.
- Partner with the Leadership Team and Regional Directors to align on strategies for pitching and winning design projects.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of design agreements with Regional Directors.
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
- Ensure RH Contract’s quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Regional Sales and Operations Teams in establishing payment terms and collecting balances.
- Collaborate with Service Directors and Regional Directors to capture new project leads and set priorities.
- Partner with the Marketing team to document and showcase completed installations.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Business Development, or Hospitality Procurement.
- Solid understanding of deliverables for design projects in the luxury Hospitality segment.
- Proven ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong capability in developing and executing design agreements and project schedules.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with internal teams and vendors.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process innovation and problem-solving.
- Travel may be required for key customer meetings and project installations.
