Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer at RH Contract, you will support our Contract Interior Design team by enhancing our design-to-delivery product and service offerings for Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential Development clients. You will act as a senior designer on large hotel guestroom remodels, collaborating with hotel brands and ownership groups alongside the Director of Interior Design.

• Contribute to the new interior design practice supporting our strategy to offer services directly to Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential Development customers.
• Master the RH Design Ethos and ensure its principles are reflected in all Contract interior design work.
• Support creative initiatives on large projects as the principal designer.
• Engage in multiple design projects, from large program-based work to smaller one-off projects.
• Develop relationships with industry influencers and decision-makers to support sales teams' business development initiatives.
• Budget and deliver RH Contract interior design projects to meet sales targets and expected ROI.

• Architecture/Interior Design degree and certification.
• 8+ years of Hospitality and/or Commercial interior design experience.
• Project leadership and execution experience.
• Alignment with RH Design Ethos and demonstrated sense of taste and style.
• Effective communication skills with cross-functional partners and clients.
• Attention to detail in executing design work.
• Knowledge of contract-grade finishes and brand requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency in basic CAD, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, and Sketchup.
