Job Description

The Armani Group is one of the leading fashion and luxury goods groups in the world today with 10,500 direct employees, 12 production plants and more than 2,704 boutiques in 60 countries around the world. It designs, manufactures, distributes and retails fashion and lifestyle products including apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewelry, home interiors, fragrances and cosmetics under a range of brand names: Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, and A-X Armani Exchange.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive traffic, customer engagement, and ecommerce sales across Armani's online business in the Americas. This role supports key marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Email, SMS, and other customer acquisition and retention programs.

Working closely with internal teams, external agency partners, and global counterparts, the Digital Marketing Manager ensures campaigns are launched effectively, performance is measured accurately, and marketing investments deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Email, and SMS channels.
  • Partner with global and local teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
  • Support development and implementation of seasonal marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities related to content optimization, site structure, metadata, and customer search behavior.
  • Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, customer acquisition, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Research emerging trends, technologies, and partnerships that can accelerate ecommerce growth.

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Oversee SMS marketing initiatives, including campaigns, automations, customer journeys, keyword programs, and performance analysis.
  • Manage newsletter planning, creative briefing, deployment, testing, and reporting
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase behavior.
  • Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with CRM, Retail, and Marketing teams to develop targeted customer engagement initiatives.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track and report on digital marketing performance across all channels.
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics using reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using marketing and analytics data.
  • Support forecasting and budget tracking activities as needed.
  • Identify actionable insights and provide recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Innovation & Optimization

  • Champion testing, personalization, and continuous optimization initiatives to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Lead the development of AI Search and Discovery strategies, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), to enhance brand visibility across emerging AI-powered search and commerce platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize content, data, and customer experiences for evolving search and discovery channels.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, automation capabilities, and AI-driven solutions to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, translating insights into actionable growth opportunities.

Background/Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, or Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media, email marketing, SMS marketing, or affiliate programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred

Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Experience within luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer brands.

Familiarity with ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and ROAS.

Experience within luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer brands.

Familiarity with attribution, testing frameworks, personalization, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Experience supporting international or multi-brand ecommerce businesses.

The selected candidate will receive a salary of USD $95,000 to $115,000, plus bonus eligibility. Final compensation will be based on relevant skills, experience, education, and certifications.
