Job Description

Summary

The Digital Merchandise Coordinator supports product setup and editorial content for digital product pages. The role coordinates samples, product information, vendor imagery, and related workflows with teams across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sample lifecycle, including vendor communication, tracking, inventory, tagging, and returns.
  • Submit product features, benefits, and copy for sample turn-ins and work with vendors to obtain product imagery and editorial assets.
  • Monitor warehouse bugs and products not on site, distribute weekly reports, and resolve issues with business partners.
  • Maintain trackers for new site products and coordinate sample collection and returns for print and digital editorial projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Creative, strategic, and technical thinking skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and flexibility to work with department needs.
