Summary
Support photo studio sample procurement and digital asset delivery for seasonal and production shoots, coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure timely publishing of imagery across channels. Manage sample logistics, maintain PIM data and timelines, and assist with shoot planning and offsite coordination while working primarily onsite.
Responsibilities
- Procure and manage photoshoot samples for on model and still life shoots
- Coordinate with digital e commerce site teams to meet asset delivery deadlines
- Chase outstanding samples and manage timelines with production and vendors
- Maintain sample receipt and status in product information management systems
- Participate in showroom breakdowns, sample pulls, check in, tagging and organizing samples
- Partner with Merch Ops and Copy teams to ensure timely product publishing
- Attend offsite photoshoots and coordinate sample shipping and receiving including commercial invoices
- Build and maintain relationships with buying, merchandising and studio teams
- Assist managers on ad hoc projects and coordinate priorities with third party studios
Requirements
- Experience or education in sample coordination and operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Experience in a high volume photo studio is a plus
- Able to work onsite up to five days per week
- Ability to build effective working relationships across functions
