Summary
The Digital Site Merchandising Operations Assistant supports digital strategy and execution for wholesale retail partners across North America, focusing on site experience, content, and product detail pages. This role manages creative asset workflows, coordinates with internal Studio and external partners, and assists with performance marketing and analytics to drive conversion and maintain brand representation.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison with department store specialty and online accounts for product assets and site optimizations across US Canada and Mexico
- Coordinate and track phases of asset creation with internal Studio to ensure wholesale styles are captured and delivered on time
- Conduct site audits to monitor account compliance with brand guidelines and identify opportunities
- Support content solutions such as fit guides style guides PDP alts and videos partnering with Agency and Studio
- Collaborate with Senior Manager on priorities line openings sample reviews and seasonal plans
- Participate in cross functional working sessions with Sales Marketing Buyers and Site Merchants to ensure timely execution
- Analyze digital KPIs focusing on engagement conversion and lower funnel performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university preferred
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing merchandising or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and facility with Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client service approach and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical problem solving skills and comfort working with large amounts of data
- Detail oriented well organized and able to manage shifting priorities
- Prior experience at a large matrixed retailer or brand preferred
